Important Notice
These are not speculative investments, and there is no guarantee of return or profit. This is a hospitality membership club for digital nomads and business travelers—a place away from home. Our investors are buying an allocation of tokenized time at our reservations, allowing us to resell this time or redeem it based on ownership. Based on what they own, they'll receive a fraction of the after-expense revenue from any sales of time made on their behalf. Each franchise is its own Wyoming LLC, and each token holder has the equivalent of a unit of membership in the LLC, and they can have multiple memberships. That's how we operate.
